Hi ,
I assume that you are having only one main internal table containing key field and on the basis of that you are accessing data from other internal table and printing the other employee details with in that loop .
Copy the page you have already created as paste it to create new page having same structure .
At the end of main loop once all the data for first employee has been printed select the last text field and create a command (page break in smartforms) .
select the GO to page tab in cammand and the newly created page from the droop down list .
I hope this will work .

Hi,
the other way I suggest is
you can have loop on employee internal table and pass the work area to FM.
within loop you can the FM to call the Smart form.
if you dont want to create a Spool ID for each employee then set the print parameters as append to the first one
hope this will help you
regards
shiva

If u want to print from an internal table then better use the Main Window only.
and out of these 3 pages do u have any fixed page that will have the same content for each employee

Hi Krishna,
you can use the loop inside the window.
In Loop, specify the internal table (the tables which u r passing).
so, this will repeat for all the entries of internal tables.
