Application Help in IR and ID

Hi Everyone... I am Varun, an XI Consultant.

Would anyone help me in resolving this issue.

I want to <b>ENABLE</b> <b>Application Help TAB </b> in <b> HELP Menu </b>where we have in <b>Integration Repository </b> and <b>Integration Directory</b> screens.

I Would appreciate if anyone would me in this regard.

Varun,

Go to exchange profile and go to Connections->Default->com.sap.aii.docu.url.

Then in com.sap.aii.docu.url put the sap help url like: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata

and in com.sap.aii.docu.languages put the language as EN if you want English help. Then do a restart to the J2EE server. You should see the help.

Thanks Satish Reddy for your Valueable suggestions.... and that helped me alot..

Now i could successfully get enable the APPLICATION HELP tab in the Help Menu in Integration Repository and Integration Directory.

As you said i gave the url as <b>http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata</b> but which ever object i select in IR/ID only the above url is getting enabled.

Now what i need is for example if i select <b>Mapping Obects</b> in Integration Repository or for example Sender Agreement in Integration Directory <b> and when i press Application Help tab</b>, then that correspoinding url of help.sap.com page should get enabled and so on.

Hope you got it.

Please help me in this issue.

Instructions are given in it to enable what you want.

This should address 100% your issue.

As you suggested me to implement note 839880 and i did the same

As i gave the url as http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata in com.sap.aii.docu.url and it worked well but which ever object i select in IR/ID only the above url is getting enabled because i gave that url as default.

Now what i need is for example if i select Mapping Obects in Integration Repository or for example Sender Agreement in Integration Directory and when i press Application Help tab in Help Menu, then that correspoinding url of (Mapping Obects or Sender Agreement ) of help.sap.com page should get opened respectively and so on.
