Actions scheduled using DB13 fail.

Hi All,

Actions like Whole Database Offline Backup, Check DB, Update Statistics fail when scheduled using DB13. It gives the following error: <b>Can't exec external program (Permission denied)</b>

But the same when scheduled using BrTools, complete successfully. Please guide me.

Hi,

Check <sid>adm user (OS levlel) assigned groups.

Check the owner, group, and permissions for BR*Tools and SAPDBA as

described in Note .

Also, is it the first time you are tryin to schedule thro DB13?
