time available in cproject !!!

my requirement

while staffing the <b>Available Capacity</b> of resource,system is picking by default 8 hours a day, which i want to change to 5 hours or so for some employees?

is this possible?

from where can i do that?

Actually im creating a business partner, in that screen im creating an organisation.

how can i add people in the org.

and What i want is that time availability of org is 8 hours * no of people...

so that a phase can be outsourced and accordingly time keepin

Niranjan, the availability for the employees can be controlled in the transaction code RPM_EMPDATA. In the tcode BP you can create organization, assign position to the organization and allot people to the positions. So if you include the organization to the cProject phase and assign people to the tasks, the availability is automatically taken care.
