hi, i m new in Xi, i dont know abap properly

hi i m unable to grasp the concept of IDOC, where can i get a book, tutorial, etc...

i m confused about the IDOC structure....

Here is a book specific for IDOCs:

It's is like an bible.

Also in Michal's book you can find fast introduction to IDOC concept and how to configure IDOCs in XI.
