periodic billing

Hello All

I am trying to do a periodic billing.

va41--->I fill up the cust. & mat. details,but I find it strange that the net value of the mat/service is shown = 0

and acknowledging the data , I get presented with these 2 pop up screens

when I move to the billing plan from here, it's all <a href="http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u200/masarada/untitled.jpg">empty</a>

the idea was to see something 'filled up' like <a href="http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u200/masarada/untitled1.jpg">this</a>

so why is my net value showing no value [ eventhough the material has a cost in a normal va01 scenario] ? In the meantime I tried to make a 'service' material ,but even that comes up with a net value of '0'.

what controls do I need to change and how those 2 pop up screens have something to do with this ?

For a billing plan have you maintained the condition record in pricing aggrements ?

Thanks for the reply.

A bit surprised ,why you are not able to open the links. Is it the same with everyone ?

here's what the pop up-screens said:-

-start date billing plan:Base line date for rule

11 not set

-start date billing plan:Base line date for rule

09 not set

- and I can see the net value in billing plan = 0,00

about pricing, I see that procedure PSER01 is being used and Cndn. type PPSV shows description as "cndn. rec. is missing". So I suppose I need to something here, am I right ?
