Credit Check Problem?

Dear All,

I m facing an unusual problem, whenever I am trying to create delivery orders for High Risk customers the system is not allowing me to create delivery for the same from 11 pm to 4 am ( although the sale orders are released). There is no such problems for Medium or Low risk customer. We are using dynamic credit check with Update Group 000015.

Can anyone suggest possible reasons and settings to rectify the same.

Hi,

have u maintain some data fr a perticular customer as customer will receive product on 4 days in a week or between this period in a day all this.

Pl check if u have maintain such data for ur customer then system will not allow to create the same in that period .

Hi!

Check your customising setting for credit control at delivery level.If you have configured credit check at delivey level or PGI level then system will not allow u to process further.
