ProForma not coming in VF04/05

Dear Gurus,

Can you help me how to display proforma invoice in VF04? Because currently

in our system we can't display proforma invoice in VF04. Please help how to

do the setting.

please check the item catagory of material.and put field bland or "C" of "b"in "billing

relevancy"try one of the option.Tcode VOV7

if it is working fine let us know.

Hi,

As <b>far as i know</b>, it is not possible to create pro forma invoices in batch.

The reason is, that you can create as many pro forma invoices you want.

How does the system know or you want to create them all again? Or not??

Please check in <b>VTFL</b> whether you have assigned the proforma (F8) to Delivery (LF), if it is delivery related. If it is order related, check in <b>VTFA</b> (F5 to OR).

Hi,

You need to select Delivery Related or Order Related in the selection screen of VF04.

Also , please check with the copy control for default Billing type in your Sales Order Type for the Proforma Billing type.

Please check and confirm.

Hi ,

in VF04 , enter the date range ( from date -- to date ) and then press F8.. this will display the billing list between the date range specified .. if u dont see any that means no billing list is created between that date range .. or it may be blocked ..

Except proforma invoices other billing docs are coming....
