SRM QUESTIONNAIRE URL

Hello

We are implanting SRM 5.0 and we are having some problems with the part of Survey. Below it follows text with the mistake message that appeared when we tried to access the specified address. Will it be that you could help myself? Thank you very much.

What has happened?

The URL https://srm-dev.xxxxx.com.br:1443/sap/bc/bsp/sap/uws_form_service/page2.htm was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system SD0 : Internal error: No GUID was found for ID and application SRM_VENDOR_EVALUATION

The error occurred on the application server utic038_SD0_90 and in the work process 1 .

The termination type was: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

Module: %_HTTP_START of program SAPMHTTP

What can I do?

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system SD0 in transaction ST22.

If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server utic038_SD0_90 in transaction SM21.

If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 1 in transaction ST11 on the application server utic038_SD0_90 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Hi Gilvan,

looks like, that the GUID ID for the questionnaires are missing.

Go to Trx se38 and run report UXS_ADD_MISSING_XSLT_NAME

for application "SRM_VENDOR_EVALUATION" and the questionnaire ID

to generate the GUID for the questionnaire.
