Srinivas,
You dont need to do anything for this. As soon as you import you will see all the objects. Only thing you have to change is the communicaiton channel parameters manually which reflect your new system.
Check this weblog on how to transport:

Hey
>>imported the .TPZ file in to my local PI environment.
u mean imported or exported?
see go into the Dev Box and export the objects from both IR and ID by using the tools->export objects.
it will go to a export directory on XI server from where u have to manually copy and paste it into the import directory.once this is done ,goto QA or Prd box and hit Tools->import objects.
u will be able to see all the IR and ID objects correctly
thanx

Hi
You got to put the .tpz files in the following path manually. Then import them
\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\global\xi\repository_server\import
thanks
