nothing happen when clicking button create confirmation

Dear SAP gurus,

Our company is using SRM server 5.5 with SP08. During the development, I found something strange. When I use "Confirm centrally" i search for a PO and i can find it. And as I understand to create confirmation, I just need to click button "Create Confirmation". However when I do this nothing happen.

Then curiously, I use id for the actual Goods Recipient for this PO. And using menu "confirm" i able to find the PO. But still, when I click "Create Confirmation" nothing happen as well.

Can you advice me where to look to solve this issue?

Hi,

I had same issue before some time ago.

if you click on button and nothing happens then try following steps ..

Please carry out below mentioned steps in sequence.

1. Close all the active internet browsers.

2. Open one separate Internet Browser.

3. Go to TOOLS -> INTERNET OPTIONS

4. Delete all System Cookies.

5. Delete (Temporary internet files)Files and Offline Contents.

6. go to content tab -> clear SSL state.

6. Close this browser.

7. open a new browser and try to search in mySupply catalog.

Please revert back in case of any queries.

I had that some time ago, and the issue was that the number range was not defined for the Confirmations, can that be?
