Server is locked after changing the password of the Console

Hi all,

I have a repository on SAP MDM5.5 Sp03 .

My sever of was getting mounted when it was not password protected.

Now i have made the srever as password protected.

But now after that server status is LOCK, and now i am not able to get any option for entering password or connect to server option.

So now i am not able to make the status of the reository as runnig.

Can anyone tell me what is the problem??

Do i need to do any setting on server due to change of password.

Hello Shruti,

First Check ur MDM server is running on ur machine on which apllication is installed.

This lock symbol comes usually when MDM server is running but connection is still has to be established.

or try this

When you know the correct password, right-click on the

MDM Server node and choose Connect to MDM Server from the

context menu, or you can choose MDM Servers then Connect to MDM Server from

the main menu , it will ask u to enter password and connect to the running server

Thanks for the quick reply,

But i have make sure that server is runnig..

And when i mount the server....i am not able to get that option for the password to insert.

So do i need to change any seeting on the server..
