strdbs.cmd missing

I installed SAP r3 IDES 4.71 and the strdbs.cmd file does not exist. A previous post with the same problem mentioned exracting the file from DBATOOLS.SAR and the problem was solved......How do you extract this file from DBATOOLS.SAR ?

Hi,

cmd>sapcar -xvf DBATOOLS.SAR -R \usr\sap\sid\sys\exe\run
