Dear XI experts

I am going through the example in XI for beginner's guide:

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/73527b2c-0501-0010-5398-c4ac372c...

I am almost done with all definitions(sorice, targets etc.) interfaces and suppose last step in .I am currently in Edit IB:design should be to check the mappings.Everything was done according to the guide and screenshots in there..

In the guide (the link above) there is Tip 13/page 18 when to check object consistency you hit F7 ..At this point I am getting the wired Error Message:

....Check Result for Object IF_ORDERS_FILE Mapping program Message Mapping msgMAP_ORDERS_FILE | http://btdxitest.com/poorderdata does not match request target message IDoc ORDERS.ORDERS04 | urn:sap-com:document:sap:idoc:messages. Target message Message Type MT_ORDERS_FILE | http://btdxitest.com/poorderdata of the message mapping is different....

Please if someone can help me ASAP I will really highly appreciate it!??

The screenshot is same as the one in the pdf file you can see , but if someone wants I can send more, shots, details via email.Or any clues or tips how to troubleshoot this erroe, just have no idea what went wrong...??

Many thanks in advance and look and hope for your help asap...

Boby,

I think you are taking your inbound interfaces as incorrect. Check your inbound interface is having the same message type. You are giving something wrong. Please check carefully.

I feel you are giving a wrong target.

Hi Satish,

Thanks for your fast reply! I went through the Message Interface Inbound as you advised actually all objects were populated after connecting to R/3 and getting Idocs from there..

Attributes are set to Async , Imbound as they should be.

when hit F7 - no errors identified during check

other clues if you have...Would you like to see some screenshot?

many thanks!)

Regards,

Boby
