Punchout catalog - blank screen after data transfer

Hi,

I've this problem with punchout catalog. I'm able to punchout to an external catalog and trying to submit data back to SRM. In the Catalog transfer BADI, I'm able to see the data properly coming back. Also when I debug I see the Shopping cart Update function module executes without returning any errors. But when I look at the SRM ITS screen, its a blank page with a Java Script Error mentioning

'window.opener.isLeanWP' is null or not an object

Has someone faced this problem. Is there anyway i can fix this issue.

Please help me out.

Hi Sam K,

we had that issue as well. Maybe it is related to yours.

Have a look into the Browser Window - in the right low corner, you may see a

red eye for a privatise report. Esp. for the BSP related SRM services there are

issues with the privatise settings in Internet Explorer. When the page is part

of the allowed sites, then the pages are loaded correctly.
