How do I unlock an accout that has been locked due to too many login attempts? I am very new to SAP, so a detailed reply is better than a short reply. Thanks for the help.....frank
For change the password using the TX SU01 and use the combination keys shift + F8.
For check is the account is blocked using the combination keys CTRL + F5

Dear Frank,
Go to Transaction SU01 -> enter user name -> click on lock/unlock icon on application tool bar. or user -> unlock from menu path.
