Integrating signature pads with sap

Hi everyone,

One our customer want to capture the signatures with an electronic signature pad and print the signatures one the delivery documents using smartform/script.

He also needs to store these documents in sap and retrieve them later to verify who has signed a particular document. Is this technically possible in SAP? If so, how can this be done?
