Settlement rule for WBS element

Hi

I am having a settlement rule for settling the AUC to FXA in a project. However I want this settlement to be done using absolute amount, for which in the settlement profile I have checked the fixed amount . But still it is not coming in the settlement rule. In the same project in the network it is allowing to input the fixed amount but in WBS it is not coming.

Please suggest as to how to acheive this requirement.

Hi Anand,

You cannot partially settle from AUC to Fixed Asset, after moving the status of WBS element to CLS status.

However before moving the status of WBS element to CLS status, u can do using absolute amount.

Have you implemented IM module also?

If you integerate IM and Settlement rule, AUC gets created.

Then you can settle the AUC to Fixed asset

Here as of now IM module is not implemented , however there is a investment profile. But the actual issue is not on settling from AUC to Fixed Asset but to settle using absolute amounts rather than %.

Goto SPRO --> Project System --> Costs --> Automatic and Periodical Settlements --> Settlement Profile --> Create Settlement Profile

There you can set flags to adjust the profile to your needs.
