Hi Vasu,

Please do not ask for materials to be sent to your personal id. That might result in copyright infringement.

However if you interested in learning APO-DP there is sufficient information available in SCM Wiki under APO (details of links etc. provided in sticky thread of this forum), BPX>>Supply Chain Management>>Demand Planning.

There has been lot of good discussions around APO-DP, Master Data for it in other thread which I am sure you will find useful. Just use the search functionality at the top of this forum.

Thanks,

Somnath

Hi Vasu,

I stand corrected. Have to admit at the first glance it looked like one more posting asking for some documentation to be sent to personal id directly.

I hope you will find the Wiki https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SCM/AdvancedPlanningOptimization

as a good source of information. I did not want to specifically mention about help.sap.com (which my friend Harish has mentioned) as it might be too vast to start with.

However do please look at the Best Practice Building Block library links available under <a href="https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SCM/Learning+Map">Learning Map</a> in SCM Wiki.

On my part whatever material (not infringing on copyright) I have prepared are available on the Wiki.

Hope it is all helpful to you.

Thanks,

Somnath

hi,

please mark the thread as 'answered' when your qn is answered properly.

actually lots of qns r there as 'open for ans' though there r sufficient answer. and if we marks the qn as 'answered' (ofcourse after getting proper ans) , then it wud be easier to see the open qn, and there wud be no confusion tht, if the qn is properly answered or not..

thank u all

You would get most of the relevant material and links from the Wiki somnath pointed out

the most exhaustive APO material you can find is here

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm50/helpdata/en/12/3dfd81126e1c448c870f335f11d016/frameset.htm

Also check services.sap.com/scm

there are also a lot of OSS notes which also acts as documentation and FAQs that will cover a lot of scenarios

there are also bestpractices documents that you can find in the service marketplace

also i believe the purpose of the forum is to discuss and solve specific issues or broader subjects.

If there is material that is worth sharing am sure the members would be glad to share it with everyone and not send it to a personal email id. The very purpose of the wiki is such sharing of knowledge.

please note some lines of the

<a href="https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/home/rulesofEngagement&">rules of engagement</a> do discuss these issues

Please let us know areas you would like to learn, one at a time and focusing on specific areas, and am sure you would get a host of views from the forum that would be better than any single document
