What is the use of SF Trace in Smartforms? and how the Smartforms are tested?

Use transaction SMARTFORM_TRACE to turn on the trace and then run your smartform.

Once a smartform is activated it generates a function module.
to get the function module go to <b> environment->function module name</b> inside the smartforms.
Go to the function module and a set a break point inside the function module.
Now execute the driver program linked to the smartform which starts debugging.

put the statement BREAK <user id> in any Program line node .
at the time of excution it will automatically halt at that point...
There are other ways too..but this is the easiest one.
