Availability Overview-CO09 problem

HI,

I have an issue like :

Order xxxx is been delievered ,PGI ed and invoiced,but still the order is showing as open in Availability overview (CO09) and Back order process (CO06) .

It is also allowing me to change the confirmation Qty thru backorder process.

How an order which is delivered and invoiced can be seen in CO09 and CO06??

Pl let me know why.

Hi Nagraj - Is the order delivery fully??? I mean, you may be getting some of the open items of the order in availability overview as you may have set the customer for partial delivery.

The order is fully delivered and invoiced also.
