Error : Mail to File Scenario in PCK

Hi all,

i had configured a mail to file scenario in PCK , but i am getting error in Receiving end .These are the errors

Received XI System Error. ErrorCode: GENERAL ErrorText: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.ConfigException: ConfigException in XI protocol handler. Failed to determine a receiver agreement for the given message. Root cause: com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPALookupException: Couldn't retrieve outbound binding for the given P/S/A values: FP=Sender_Party_A;TP=;FS=Sender_Service_A;TS=;AN=MI_MAIL;ANS=http://www.sap.com; ErrorStack: null

Virtual Receiver is configured in Sender Agreement but it's not getting reflected in Message Monitoring when i checked the flow of messages.

can anyone please help in resolving this issue

Hi Ashwin,

The reasons could be

1. Cache Refresh problem

2. Inactive agreements - activate it again after some dummy changes

Hi

Did you activate Receiver Agreement??

Also Refresh CPA cache

Still if it doesnt work, reimport design objects to IR and do a cpa cache refresh
