workflow Administrator role and usage of WF-Batch user

Hi Gurus,

We are trying to configure the SRM workflow setup. I would like to know what is the role that should be given to the administrator of workflow in SRM. Also what is the use of user WF-BATCH and what kind of roles and profiles does this user should have.

Please let me know. its very urgent for me in order to proceed further.

Which SRM version and scenario are you going to implement ?

<b>Workflow user WF-BATCH in SRM must be given SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles in the SRM System. For more details, refer to the SPRO Business Workflow configuration link in the SPRO Transaction (SAP - Application Help).</b>
