What type of check you are using static Or Dynamic,Check the configuration in OVA8, Whether sales order for static check is ticked or not,

Hi

1 if you have credit memo requests (credit memos), which are updating the credit management

2. you use the billing relevance G for the credit active i value item categories

3. you have wrong customizing settings for the batch items

check the above..

Thanks for ther inputs.

My Observations are as follows,

1. Credit memo request are in plenty , but "Credit active " setting for the relevant item category is inactive.

2. The billing relevance is C or A for the credit active item categories.

3. batch item configs are fine.
