cProjects 4.0 - Evaluations - Threshold Values

Under "cProjects>Evaluations>Define Threshold Values", I go the 'Form' and intend defining a formula which will show an icon for every task which is due to complete in 5 (or less) days AND the status of which is 'Released'. I do not get the field for 'Task Status' to define in the formula. I am able to set the first part in the formula but the second part (status) is not to be seen in the field from which I could select.

Can someone suggest?

Look in the list of standard attributes available for extracts. There is a system status text field. You can use it with "I1701" for released status. The first caracter is "i" upper case.

I suggest you to include this status field in an extract, and then in a report, to be able to identify all the values you need.

This field is avalaible for all objects of the project structure (project, phase, CK, CKI and tasks).
