Solution Monitoring_System Adminsitration

Dear all,

We are using SOLMAN 4.0 and we have configured solution monitoring setup.Initially every thing was working fine,but for the past 1 week we are not able to view the open task for a particular satellite system.When i checked the Operation setup-System Administration and click on the system i am getting an error as "Opening the session component failed".

Have anyone experienced the same situation?please help to close the issue.

Hello Avinash,

This error should be correctly if you enter in the setup of the System Administration and do a Session Components->Re-initialize, this will clean the error, I hope, but also delete the settup settings you have already defined so...copyfor customizing firsly.

This is more extrange... could you get the error message number assigned to this

Component message?

Maybe I can find somthing with this error message number.
