CCM 1.0 - Error "Unable to update data type /CCM/PRICE_BASIS_QUANTITY"

Hi

During upload of the supplier file we are receiving below mentioned errors (Seen thru SLG1):

"Unable to update data type /CCM/PRICE_BASIS_QUANTITY"

"Reference missing in component /CCM/QUANTITY_VALUE of data type"

"Catalog update was terminated"

How we can cure this?

Dear Prithwiraj,

It gives error if you did not maintain reference for quantity field.

See if you have maintained reference field for quantity field of table in question in SE11 under currency/quantity fields tab. You should give reference to all you quantity fields. It could be T001-WAERS or other field.

Hi,

Tried various things but nothing is working out.

During debugging of program ‘/CCM/START_PACKAGE_PROCESSING’ (Job: AUTH_UPDATE) found that error is getting generated from

Class: /CCM/CL_CHAR_MANAGER

Method: UPDATE_DTYPE_CME

Line: 130

Message class:/CCM/COMMON_DB_EX

Message No.: 492

Value lr_dtype_comp->unit_comp_ref is INITIAL and field lr_dtype_comp->data_type_id-id contains value /CCM/QUANTITY_VALUE.

Thus condition is true and error is invoked.

Please let us know the cause.....
