problem in creating MessageMapping

Hi Experts,

I am working on a senario while creating Message Mapping system hanged,i have not saved it and i have to start IR again.when iam doing the Magain its giving problem while creating Message Mapping currently USER(me) editing it,but iam not editing it and iam creating it again.

How can I overcome this problem? How can I rectify?

HI john

goto XI Start page -> Administration -> Lock Overview

delete the lock on the particular object

and create the MM. It will works..

Is the user locked .If yes u cannot do any editing out and u need to release the user going to administration link.

hi,

1. use this:

xiserver:port/rep/support/public/LockAdminService

to unlock

2. but your problem is with hanging - check if on other computer

IR hangs in the same way at first
