Where do we assign the transporter?

Hi SD Experts,

where do we assign the transporter to a particular customer and if more than one transporter exists for the customer it should get automatically pop-uped while saving the sales order and the user user has to select. How to customize this?

please guide me

Hi,

One way you can handle this is create a Partner function as Transpoter.Configure this partner function for multiple entries.Assign this partner function in customer master.So if you maintain multiple entries in customer master then in sales order creation it will show the pop for selection.

Create transporters as venodr or thrpugh v-11 u can create as forwarding agent.

then in XD02 Partner functions tab assign all forwarding agents that customer have? then while creating sales order sytem gives pop up then select which agent u require.
