Catalog items cannot be able to tranfer to Shopping Cart- Doubt

Hi SRM Gurus,

We are using Internal Catalog. I am able to see the Catalog items published, while creating the shopping cart. However, after chhosing the item and when choosing "Add to Shopping Cart" error messages " Incomplete catalog items cannot be transferred" were dispayed .

I am publishing master catalog, and the items are created manually.

Please check for all the attributes like UoM,Price etc.Also If it is not a back end product dont give the material no..Just the description in the catalog
