Oracle Installation error

When I am trying to install SAP, I am getting this message ""An error Occured during the installation of component SAP Netweaver'o4 support release 1> ABAP System> ORacle>non-Unicode> central instance installation. Press the log view button to get extended error information or press OK to terminate the installation".

I undertand that I need to set some path in Oracle.Please help me reagarding this path setting.

Hi,

Wrong oracle_home Path

it will be like this

d:\oracle\<sid>\<release>

for ex; d:\oracle\PRD\102

Pls read the installation manual

Hi

Can you check that Oracle is properly installed by connecting to it using SQLPLUS. and if there is any error you would get at the same time.

If it is connected then you have to paste the logs here. Just paste the log which you get after pressing the "View Log" button.
