Thumbnails in CAD desktop

Hi, we have upgraded our 4.7 system to extension set 2.0 patch level 09. I have made the required configuration for Thumbnails in the "Applications-> parameters- > check in original for thumbnail" and also defined the GIF workstation application, but still I keep getting the error message "No original found for the thumbnail" Did any one face this before?

Hello Chandu,

I think only JPG is possible for preview.

It works on 5.00.
