May be u can use Catt Script or ecatt script depending on ur version of web AS. You can find some help on creating scripts here: http://www.sapsecurityonline.com/tutorials.htm

One more option. LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench). It will help you create BDC session, very robust and let you reprocess failed transactions. Learning curve is higher than CATT or eCATT, but most ABAPer are very proficient in LSMW.

Yes you can do that using scripts depending on the version you are using:

Upto 4.7EE you can use SCAT, Please visit:

ECC 5.0 and above, you can use SECATT, please visit:
