Is SP20 Reliable

Hello All,

Is SP20 Reliable, at present we are having SP14 We want to update to latest? Please Suggest me on, what service pack I have to update from SP14.

If you talk about reliability even SP14 is reliable. Only difference is you have advantages when compared to the lower service pack. I am on SP19 and it is good even I can schedule my File adapter.

As with any new releases of service packs, there will be occasional bugs that effect some people and not others.

But the problem you may have is that SP20 fixes bugs from SP19, so going to SP19 may have it's own hazards!

I would recommend going to SP20 (we're heading there very soon!) and it would be good to know how you get on!
