assign project to a service desk message

Hello,

I can only assign a project to an existing ticket when I first select a solution. The field 'project' becomes an input fields only when a solution is selected.

Is there a way to avoid this? Or how can I automatically assign a solution to newly created tickets?

Our goal is to assign projects to tickets, but avoiding each time to select a solution first, as this is always the sames.

Which transaction are you using to create your messages?

I cannot recreate your issue in NOTIF_CREATE. I see all of the projects when I don't select a Solution. If I select a Solution first, I see that Solution's subset of projects.

Ah nevermind, I see you said an existing Issue. The select solution, then save, then select project is cumbersome for sure. Perhaps assign it with a custom action.
