How to send sms and email to particular ship to party after delivery

Hi Experts,

I have a query... i'm using <b>LIKP LIPS VBAK</b> and <b>KNA1</b> tables to get the report on the delivery date.

Say for example today's date is 15.05.2007. comapny has delivered to 6 companies.

For 1st company 5 deliveries, similarly for other companies.

I'm able to get the delivery report using abap program on that particular date.

Now i need to email the report to the respective company with the respective details... the details should not be viewed in other companies .

It is similarly for the sms also.....

Please help me out it is very urgent....

main program ---> for sending Emails.

submit sub-program( displaying report data ) EXPORTING LIST TO MEMORY .

get this list data. into internal tables.

call FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 which sends mails.

Do u have a code for this query... I'm little weak in function modules.. i have not understood the concept of function modules. Do u have any related material for this...
