Problem with SRM Service PO's

We are trying to cancel a service PO via SRM 5.00. This in turn is not canceling the PO on the ERP side, we have had a look at SAP note 726982 but still having no luck.

Something to do with account assignments. "Transfer Error's"

So in SRM it is canceled but ERP it is not.

Any suggestions???

We are now able to delete PO's and this is passed over to ERP.

But only for certain PO's

If the po is created with reference to an old one (use a template), If we create a PO from scratch we are unable to Delete the PO the message is Complete or place on hold

Any Ideas?

Hi,

Check the following,

1 whether PO output has been done.

2. whether follow on document has been created if any one of the above exist then you can;t delete the PO. The PO can be deleted at line item level and will have the status 'ordered' and not deleted.

if you have raise OSS messages please let me know the responce of SAP

There are serveral issues in Service PO changes from SRM, we have applied the following notes and most of them are fixed

1052999

1035220

1022458

1006573

932076

1057398

944520 (ECC)

Also check notes 1086757 and 1087473, these two will fix the functional area update on WBS change.

OK all notes applied.

All ok when we delete a PO in SRM it goes over to ERP, problem now is when we undelete a PO in SRM it does not do to ERP.

Error in SRM : - Error in ABAP/4 statement when processing an inter nal table. table

Any ideas????

If the error statement occurred in a standard SAP program - raise an OSS message, seems not everything was corrected with the application of all those notes.

Yes i know we got it released but when we import it using SNOTE it brings other notes in and fell over during the second note it fell over with the following message.

As the implementation of this note requires Notes 932076,1006573,1022458,1035220,1052999 to be implemented the second note 1006573 is not getting applied giving errors in the object LBBP_BD_DRIVER_46AF16

Thanks for that we are in the process of implimenting this, but have hit a problem in that the note note reason 1035220 has not been released by SAP. So we are in talks with SAP right now. Will keep you updated.

Not sure if this makes more sense, but our problems only happen with service po's! PO's goods that need a GR are ok.

Will look at notes and come back to you, with any information
