HTTP Sender Problem

Hello,

We have an HTTP => XI => R3 scenario.

Using the http client tool we can successfully send a request to XI.

When the url

http://<server>:<port>/sap/xi/adapter_plain?namespace=urn%3A%2FTransactionDataSAPInbound&interface=M...

is used by sender application we get an

"Call of URL http://sapxi1:8000/sap/xi/adapter_plain terminated due to error in logon data

HTTP 401 - Unauthorized error"

Hi,

1. open transaction SICF in XI

2. find service adapter_plain

3.open it

4. open logon tab and put user and pass there

Hi,

Please check the Logon credentials which you have mentioned in the HTTP Client, As these credentials are related ti XIAPPLUSER.

Hi,

The user is checked and is correct so is the password since the request reaches the XI was when the test tool is used.
