I can't stop to make 0 byte file in reciver file adapter

To XI Experts

Now I'm trying to stop to make 0 byte file in receiver file adapter.

So I setted Empty-Message Handling Parameter "ignore".

(SAP HELP said this way.)

And I send 0 payload, But I found 0 byte file in my directory.

Is this bugs? Or My setting is wrong?

Please give me your help.

Our XI is PI.70 and SP 10.

Platform is windows.

Thanks Naoki!

Thanks to Mr Bhavesh Kantilal and Mr Prateek Srivastava

Sorry But maybe your replies are not answer...

To Mr Bhavesh

I checked my file, it is certainly 0 byte file.

and I tried activation, and I confirm adapter was active.

To Mr Prateek

I read your blog.

but I d like to use standard function. and since SP10, SAP said we can use prevent to make 0 byte file.

Thanks a lot !!

Are you sure that the file is a empty file?

Because if you select the option --> ignore , then the file will not be created by the receiver file adapter.

What I fear here might be the issue is,

1. File is not a Zero Bytes file.

2. The file adapter is not activated after the change is made.
