Password prompt when importing Certificate and Key into SAP

I have been trying to import a Certificate and Key into my SAP system as I am trying to connect over FTPS/SSL.

When I import either file, I am asked for a password. The company that sent me the files says no password has been set on craetion of the files.

I am getting the following error, which I believe will be resolved by importing the cert/key.

Error occurred while connecting to the FTP server "ftp.ftp.ftp.ftp:port": iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Server certificate rejected by ChainVerifier

I have just installed Filezilla Server, generated a key and when I import it, get prompted for a password that has not been set!

Has anyone come across this before?
