Message_Type_x Dump error while modify or save the Visit Plan

Dear Exparts,

We need your immediate attention for resolving the above mentioned Short Dump Error in one of the Sales process.

While saving the data of Maintain Visiting Plan we are getting the MESSAGE_TYPE_X Dump error.

Navigation Path is Sap Easy Access-> Activities->Maintain Visiting Plan

We have already applied the SAPGUI patch in client systems.

can anybody suggest how to resove this issue immediately.. our product CRM-5.0
