Display Page Numbers in Smartforms( URGENT)

Hi Gurus,

My requirment to display page numbers in smartform is like "Page 1 of 10 "

So I am using system fields- &sfsy-page& of &sfsy-formpages&.

Suppose the total number of page is 100, its giving display like " 1 of * .

Can anyone please let me know why * is coming and how I can solve this issue.

&sfsy-page& of &sfsy-formpages(3zc)&

i did not have exact idea about this one, but i studied this long time back..

recently it worked for me also....

if the information is useful, award merks....

3 = length

Z = suppress leading zeroes

C = compress (no spaces)

Tryout using some other variable like sfsy-formpages and then give the page numbers. May be this may help u.

Hi Avi,

When you using the sfsy-formpages ,we should keep all the pages in the main memory unti form ends. I think your memory is not sufficient.

Can you please let me know how I can keep all the pages in main memory. Or is there any alternative way for displaying page numbers .
