SD Text determination not actualized

Hi!

I had a well-working text determination process. Now I had to change the name of the standard text in SO10 for internal reasons. The new name is Z001. Of course I actualized the text determination in VOTXN respectively. So there should not be any error in customizing.

Unfortunately, the system still finds the old text.

So, my question: Is there a way to refresh the test determination, to make the system find the new text Z001?

U have to create new ID for same and the access sequence ;so the old data will not caputre.

Simply remove the old text Id from the text determination procedure and maintain the new one.

Hi Amrish,

The text determination in VOTXN appoints to the new text. I simply changed the old name to the new name.

Is there anything else to do?

Hi,

Well idealy speaking you should have copied the standard one and create the new one.But anyway I will try to investigate furthur.

By the time you can follow following procedure on dev system and check if it works.

Reverse back your chages and bring them to orignal as they was.

Copy the standard one and create a new text Id.Maintain the new text id in the procedure and remove the old one.

If this works then it should not be a problem for you.
