Stemming with MDM Server

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea on how to setup stemming for keyword searches in MDM ?.

The MDM console ref guide has a page on the subject which is not very helpful.

Any hints ?.

Hi,

A third party stemmer tool integrated for the stemmer functionality may be used with MDM. If a third party stemmer tool is not used load the repository without stemming - the repository loading process will be much quicker. Use ‘:’ in the "Stemmer" line beginning in the mds.ini to unmark this feature.

Sorry, perhaps i need to be more elaborate with my question.

How does one setup stemming with MDM server ?. Is there any specific configuration for Unix environment ?.

In MDM Console guide, its mentioned that SAP uses the Inxight stemming engine.

How can we setup Inxight Stemming engine and use it conjointly with MDM.
