Not able to generate user users_gen

Hi

Using SRM 5.0 extended classic scenario. I have already created the user through SU01 and the same is available in Org. Structure only with User ID.

I have to create the BP and Position which I want to do it through users_gen. But getting the following Error.

Error during creation of user: APVIR01

User not created or error(s) occurred during user creation.

The user already exists in central user management

( E BBP_IUM 537 )

For this reason, the user will not be created again

( E BBP_IUM 538 )

The user has to be distributed from central user management

( E BBP_IUM 539 )

Please tell me the solution. Thanks for ur advance.

Hi Vinod,

you have CUA active and when an user is already created via CUA system,

SRM does not allow the creation of the SRM User.

Have a look at Sapnote 402592 for more explanation and scenario selection.

Hi,

This user already exists in Org. Struc.

You can find this user in transaction PPOMA_BBP.
