Hi Kiran,
I think you might have already deployed the sapjra.rar file.
Please start the file go.bat(Visual Admin) this you can find in following path-;
intaldir\usr\sap
instname\serverinst\j2ee\admin\go.bat.
login with the credential, here expand the server node , expend services node-:
select Connector Container in middle pane you have sap.com/sapjra.rar.
expend this node, here you must have SAPJRAFactory_Lang(ie EN or DE).
So property set for this(SAPJRAFActory) are not correct thats why baseejb exception is occurring.
hope this helps you.

Satyendra

This problem got solved after manually performing the steps, instead of executing the Template Installer.

Hi Kiran,
As Laxmi has said the above exception can only occure when there is some communication problem with middleware.
As She also given a link please check the SAPJRA property as per type of your J2ee-engie (ie. standalone or cluster).
Please also make sure the user configured in SAPJRA has sufficient rights on middleware, you can try with assigning "SAP_ALL" profile.

Hi Kiran,
A BaseEjb exception may occur when middleware in not reachable.
Refer this link, might be useful.
