Contract with Distribution at Header level

Hi,

My contract that are distributed at Header level are failing to

distribute to R/3 but if i tick the new group logic that distribute at

item level they are distributing successfully.

Am getting this error message : - "The error ocurred by processing event RELEASED_NEWLY with GUID 95DB3F8B6E698B48870A34FC0FAB6ECF and object_id= 5600000184 " RECEPIENT NOT FOUND"

Message no. BBP_EXC000"

We are facing same issue. Can u tell us how u have resolved the issue.

we r on SRM5.0 & backend system R3 4.6b

Also, for fast processing, raise a customer OSS message with SAP as well.

Hi Atul,

Am currently in SRM 5.0 and the notes you provide are for 3.5 and 888597 is not relevant to the problem. It is not a short dump but message in SLG1.

Error is : Recipient not found

The error ocurred by processing event RELEASED_NEWLY with GUID A309D5AC813C104CBD5B8A5AB8918EAC and object_id= 5600000197

i can't attached screen dump in here...Please send me your email address then i will forward the screen.

I've already send an OSS message to SAP. I will advice on thier response.
