Hi guys can any one knows how to identify the client's requirements and understaning thier business processes.Is there any doc's or books guide me

Hi ,

You can do it by installing Value SAP which has questions. These questions will help u understand the clients' requirements.

Also, you can look into the option of using Solution manager 4.0 for this purpose.

This thread speaks abt VALUE SAP.
