Send mail when status change

Hi..

I implemented as for the sap tutor file to send a mail when the status is changed from open to inprocess. It works fine. However i need to send this mail when status is changed to any status. So what i did was changed the condition so that it takes as,

inprocess or = customer query or = etc

I added all the statuses..

However this doesn't seem to be workin. Can anyone guide me on how i can do this?
