Hi Suma,
There is no template available for Web Dynpro Application as of now. I have been using "Module pool program" template for my web dynpro applications.
You can easily replace your module pool template to web dynpro. Treat your screens as views and so on. Also you can include MVC(Model view Controller) flow diagram in your Technical specification. Your flow diagram should be such that you will be showing complete flow with respect to Model, View and Controller and the process happening in respective layers.
Also you can include all screen shots in your technical specification.
